CORE STRENGTHENING CLASS

On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, we offer a "Core Strengthening Class", otherwise known as Ball Exercise. Class size is limited to 6 persons. We encourage you to invite friends and neighbors to join the fun! This is a FREE class. You can take it more than once.

In this class, you will learn to use a "physio ball" to:

  • Improve balance, coordination and flexibility
  • Strengthen and balance core muscles
  • Assist in stretching, get toned
  • Alleviate aches and pains
  • Prevent bone loss
  • Increase energy
  • Hold your adjustments longer!
